Risa Resortwear is a registered and licensed entity in the State of Kuwait. By completing a purchase, you agree to the following terms. 

All Sales Final

Jewelry: In accordance with Ministry of Commerce and Industry regulations regarding hygiene and precious goods, all jewelry sales are strictly final.

Made-to-Order Clothing: Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our garments, all clothing sales are strictly final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, alterations, or cancellations under any circumstances. Please ensure all measurements and selections are accurate prior to checkout. 

Order Verification

Orders must be placed under the client's legal name with valid contact and address details. Risa Resortwear reserves the right to cancel any order containing inaccurate information. Cancelled orders will be refunded to the original payment method within 10–14 business days. 

Intellectual Property

All content, imagery, and designs are the exclusive property of Risa Resortwear. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
