Currently, we only offer delivery within Kuwait. We are working on expanding our delivery network and hope to serve more regions in the future.

2. Delivery Duration and Charges

Jewelry and Accessories:

We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 4 PM. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the next day.

• Delivery Charge: 1 KWD
• Delivery Days: Saturday through Thursday

Clothing:

Delivery for clothing takes 4 business days from the time of order placement.

3. Incomplete Address or Contact Information

Please ensure that your address and contact details are accurate and complete. If your order contains incomplete or incorrect information, we may need to cancel the delivery. In such cases, you will be notified and your payment will be refunded.
